Electricians in Romford, east London, picketed a site on Monday of this week after being thrown off a job due to run until March by the T Clarke firm.
The picket was lifted after bosses threatened to sack other workers who refused to cross it.

UCU retreats from a fight over FE pay
A special UCU union conference has voted to call off a dispute over pay in further education.
Delegates met in Manchester last Saturday while a strike ballot was ongoing.
They voted by 40 to 34 to call off the ballot.
UCU Left activists argued that the union should honour a conference decision to ballot.
