A US judge has acquitted a white cop of killing an unarmed black couple in Cleveland in 2012.
Some 13 officers fired 137 bullets at the car of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams.
Cop Michael Brelo was acquitted of voluntary manslaughter and felonious assault last week.
The judge said that it could not be determined whether Brelo had fired the fatal shot.
This was despite the fact that Brelo had stood on the car’s bonnet and fired 15 times into the windshield.
