Some 100 people marched to the US embassy in central London last Saturday to demand the closure of the Guantanamo Bay prison camp.
Many people came from Brighton and the campaign for Guantanamo prisoner Omar Deghayes.
A petition was handed in to the embassy and a rally was held with speakers from a variety of political backgrounds.
A group of people then went to the Home Office where a petition was handed in by relatives of the detainees.
