We hope to show video messages from women activists in a number of countries fighting for liberation.
International women's day origins are in a radical working class movement first celebrated in the USA IN 1909. It has become a day when millions of women around the world take to the streets to show opposition to sexism and exploitation built into the system. With a new generation of women no longer willing to put up with discrimination, objectification and violence this meeting is a chance to hear and discuss how we can fight for a world without oppression where women win their liberation as part of the struggle of human emancipation.
