Police in Egypt’s Port Said killed three protesters and injured 500 in clashes last weekend.
Police used tear gas and live bullets on demonstrators.
Thousands of protesters took to the streets for the funerals of the three who were killed.
Tensions are high. The next round of 53 court cases against football fans known as Ultras, accused of killing rival fans a year ago, is set to begin on Saturday of this week.
