Some 85 members of the Amicus union struck at the B-N plant on the Isle of Wight on Friday of last week over pay.
Industrial relations have declined since a new employer took over.Workers have been trying to negotiate new pay and conditions since January 2006.
Management have put unacceptable conditions on pay rises, which would mean increases in working hours, unsociable working times and compulsory overtime.
If there is no new offer from management the workers will strike again on Monday of next week, Friday 27 October and Monday 6 November. They are also carrying out a work to rule.
