Blacklisting goes on trial in London

An employment tribunal has begun against Balfour Beatty over the blacklisting of workers.

Witnesses at the tribunal will highlight how the blacklist impacted on those workers under surveillance and their families.

This is the first tribunal claim relating to the widespread blacklisting scandal that gained widespread media attention in March last year.
