Brighton and Hove refuse and recycling drivers struck for 24 hours last Monday as part of an ongoing dispute over pay and allowances.
The workers, members of the GMB union, voted by 90 percent to strike and 96 percent in favour of action short of strike.
They also began continuous action short of strike, including an overtime ban, on Friday of last week.
