Around 500 British Airways cabin crew marked the end of their four-day strike by gathering at the Trades Union Congress building in central London today.

They were in defiant and determined mood, singing and chanting against BA boss Willie Walsh and his attempts to break their Bassa union.

Unite union leader Tony Woodley pledged his support for the strike, but was guarded about proposing further action. But the biggest cheer came when another Unite official said, ‘See you on the next picket line’.
