Around 300 care home workers and their supporters marched through Port Talbot in South Wales to protest against privatisation last week.
New Labour-run Neath Port Talbot council wants to sell off care homes for the elderly and 9,300 council homes to a “shadow company”.
The Unison union has called another protest in nearby Neath on Saturday 6 March.
