Over 200 workers at the Appledore shipyard in north Devon struck on Friday of last week and Monday of this week over pay.
The workers, members of the GMB and Unite unions, had voted by
97 percent for strike action.
They are demanding equal pay with workers who work at other shipyards owned by Babcock International.
Workers plan to strike for the next two Fridays and Mondays.
Representatives met with the Confederation of Shipbuilding and Engineering Unions (CSEU) on Monday of this week to build support for the action.
