The judicial review of the inquest into the death of Mark Duggan concluded last week.
Mark’s mother Pamela campaigned to get the inquest reviewed.
In January this year, the inquest jury agreed that Mark did not have a gun in his hand when he was shot by an armed police officer.
But the jury concluded that he was “lawfully killed” when shot by police in 2011.
The Duggan family’s barrister Michael Mansfield QC opened the hearing on Wednesday of last week.
He told the hearing that the coroner, Judge Keith Cutler, had misdirected the jury.
The judgement of the judicial review is set to be given in October.
