More than 800 workers at bathroom company Kohler Mira struck over pay on Wednesday of last week.
The workers in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, are angry at a below-inflation 1.6 percent pay “rise” when the firm made a profit of £21 million last year.
One worker said, “We’re all struggling. We know the company made a huge profit and we want some of the reward for our hard work.”
They are planning to strike every two weeks at the company’s bases in Whaddon, Barnwood and Kingsditch Lane. Workers gather at the Whaddon site on strike days.
Their upcoming dates are Wednesday of next week, 28 July and 11 August.
