Hundreds of adult social care workers at Lincolnshire county council were set to begin a work-to-rule on Wednesday of this week.
The Unison union members are fighting the council’s threat to cut up to 118 posts—more than one in ten of the social care workforce.
The action will see social care workers do only their contracted hours and duties.
