Journalists working for Newsquest in south London have settled their dispute with management.
The 33 workers are members of the NUJ union. They struck for four days over eight compulsory job cuts and the closure of the sports and leisure department.
Management have now pledged they will replace anyone who leaves in the next six months and will preserve two editorial jobs. The union sees the deal as a victory.
