Tens of thousands of people marched through Brighton last Saturday for the annual Pride event in the city.
Big trade union delegations joined the parade and many people wore “Pride is a protest” stickers, against the commercialisation of Pride.
Easyjet led the parade and Tories joined it. But many people chanted against the government.
Police harassed and kettled the Queers Against the Cuts delegation. They also stopped passers by from joining the contingent, and some Pride stewards backed them.
