Workers at vinyl flooring manufacturer Polyflor Ltd are to vote on strike action after rejecting a revised pay offer.
Workers at the Radcliffe factory voted last week to reject a two-year deal offering a rise of 1 percent for the nine months to March 2010 and 2.5 percent for the following 12 months.
They were previously offered a 1 percent rise and a £150 bonus for the 12 months to July 2010.
