Socialist Worker urges our readers to make a big push to build support for victimised trade unionist and nurse Yunus Bakhsh.
His employment tribunal against his bosses begins in Newcastle on Monday 1 March.
He needs financial backing to make sure he has the necessary legal resources.
A solidarity appeal has already received widespread support. Trade union branches and individuals have sent generous donations.
Yunus is alleging victimisation on the grounds of trade union activity, plus race and disability discrimination.
He has lost his job, his career and his pension.
After more than three years of campaigning, the movement must ensure that Yunus is not priced out of his chance for justice.
We urge readers to rush in donations and to raise the issue in their union branch.
Make donations payable to Defend Yunus Bakhsh Campaign and send to c/o 46c Lawe Rd, South Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE33 2EN
