Abdul Omer Mohsin, the sacked Unite union convenor on Sovereign buses, is still battling for reinstatement—a year after his sacking.
In May, workers at Harrow and Edgware bus garages in north London voted to back his campaign.
They agreed that they did not want to elect a new rep to replace him.
The campaign for his reinstatement is about workers’ rights to organise a fighting union.
It is vital that Unite acts now to highlight Abdul Omer’s case and call a strike ballot that can win his reinstatement.
