Family and friends of Habib “Paps” Ullah are to hold a vigil on the second anniversary of his death in police custody in High Wycombe.
Paps was 39 years old and left behind a young family in Slough. He died on 3 July 2008 during a routine stop and search.
The vigil will be outside High Wycombe police station from 4pm this Saturday.
