An employment appeal tribunal has ruled in favour of four Socialist Party members who were barred from holding office in the Unison union.

Unison accused Glenn Kelly, Onay Kasab, Brian Debus and Suzanna Muna of racism in 2007 after they produced a leaflet featuring the “three wise monkeys”.
