Journalists at Newsquest newspapers in south London have accepted a deal after striking against low pay and job cuts.
The NUJ union members struck for nine days last month against a management restructure and job cuts across a range of local newspapers.
The strikers won the London Living Wage for trainee reporters.
But the restructure is set to go ahead—and five journalists have been made redundant.
Management and the NUJ are set to review the restructure in three months’ time.
