Around 400 activists attended the Confronting a World at War conference last Saturday in central London organised by the Stop the War Coalition (StW).

Speakers included Tariq Ali and Medea Benjamin from Code Pink, the anti-war campaign in the US.

StW chair and left Labour MP Jeremy Corbyn’s bid to be Labour leader was cheered when announced.

Workshops included debates on Confronting Islamophobia, Ukraine and Nato, Palestine and migration and war.
