Members of the Unison union at Stow College in Glasgow voted last week to accept a revised pay offer from management.
This comes after Unison members struck for a day in October against a pay freeze. Canteen workers struck for an additional four days.
Workers will now be paid the Scottish Living Wage of £7.20 per hour. This is an 8 percent pay increase for many. Support staff also won an additional two days annual leave.
