About 150 people braved the bitter cold for an evening protest organised by Brent Fightback last Friday.
Two feeder marches converged on Harlesden’s Jubilee Clock, close to the surgery of government minister and local Lib Dem MP Sarah Teather.
Banners and speeches on the protest reflected the wide range of trade unions and campaigns uniting under the Brent Fightback umbrella.
A delegation went to meet Teather in the surgery. But still she defended cuts.
