The judge’s summing up at the inquest into the death of Jimmy Mubenga was due to start on Tuesday of this week.
The jury is expected to retire to consider its verdict on Wednesday or Thursday.
The inquest is being held at Isleworth, near London.
Jimmy died in 2010 during an attempt to forcibly deport him to Angola in the custody of security firm G4S.
