This documentary chronicles a turbulent year in the life of the New York Times.

The paper started in 1851. But now the effect of the economic crisis on advertising revenue, and the movement of information to the internet, make its future far less certain.

The film follows the paper’s coverage of the Wikileaks revelations.

But it also shows the sacking of 100 employees, and pay cuts for others.

This is celebration of effective journalism, but also a warning of the perilous times in which many journalists live.
