At first, I skimmed it to see what immediately interested me, and as Lindsey German seemed to be the only woman writing, I turned to her first. But then I read the article on Venezuela – thank you for giving space to people’s own testimonies.
The struggle for revolution needs to hear all the voices that have previously been discounted. I also enjoyed the Third World reports, especially Ghassan Makarem on gay rights. I always like book reviews, but it would be good to have some women authors too. There is so much in SR, and I’ve got loads still to read.
