Migrants’ rights groups protested against Britain’s brutal immigration system last weekend as they marked the ten year anniversary of Jimmy Mubenga’s death.
Stuart Tribelnig, the senior of three G4S guards, told a court that he did not force Jimmy Mubenga’s head down during the struggle after which he died.
Three guards who worked for the G4S firm are to be charged with manslaughter over the death of Jimmy Mubenga during a forced deportation at Heathrow Airport in 2010.
