Workers in the Unison union at London Metropolitan University were set to hold a 24-hour strike on Friday of this week against compulsory redundancies and victimisations.
Bradford College UCU members struck on Tuesday of last week against compulsory redundancies. Picket lines began at 7am and at their peak there were 70 people.
