The future of Bridlington Hospital in east Yorkshire is under threat.
This comes a couple of weeks after the York NHS Foundation Trust announced plans to close the kitchen and bus in chilled meals.
Up to 13 jobs are at risk if the kitchen closes. The Unite union has said it will oppose any redundancies.
