The Independent Police Complaints Commission is investigating West Midlands police after the death of a man who had “dealings” with the police.
Kingsley Burrell Brown was detained under the Mental Health Act after officers attended an incident in Birmingham. They were then called to his mental health unit three days later to deal with a “disturbance”.
Kingsley died the next day in hospital.
