More than 120 people attended a People’s Assembly in Liverpool last Saturday.

More than 120 people attended a People’s Assembly in Liverpool last Saturday.

It was organised by Liverpool Trades Union Council and was sponsored and supported by 25 different union branches and organisations.

There were informative sessions, but absolutely nothing was organised.

Some of us tried to propose activities in the final session. But the chair said there was no time to do this.

We need to turn words into deeds and build a bigger anti-cuts movement.
