The British government announced the results of its review into arms sales to Israel on Tuesday of last week.
Business secretary Vince Cable said that the government would suspend
12 of the existing licences—but only if there is “a resumption of significant hostilities”.
The licences include components for military radar systems, combat aircraft and tanks.
The government is effectively waiting for more deaths in Gaza before taking any action.
There are currently 380 military licences to Israel with a total value of around £8 billion.
